The Intensive English (ELS) program
is designed to turn
you into an effective English communicator. Our mission is to help you
improve your English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
quickly and dramatically in a stimulating and joyful environment.
Unique Features of the Program
- Each intensive course is
one month in length. You may come for only one month or stay for one
year - it's your choice.
- The program is accredited
by the Ontario Ministry of Education. You will, therefore, receive a
credit through Bond Academy for each Bond Language Centre course
your successfully complete. If you are a high school student, three
ESL credits may be applied to your Ontario Secondary school Diploma.
- The delivery of the courses
is based on the latest research in second language acquisition; each
level is dynamic, communication-focused, student-centred, and
interesting.
- Upon entering and exiting
the program you will write the English Language Proficiency Test to
measure your progress.
- Your teachers are
certificated instructors with a minimum of 5 years teaching
experience.
- The student body is
international. In the past year our student have come from Mexico,
Korea, China, Brazil, Venezuela, France, Vietnam, Italy, Russia, the
Ukraine, and Germany.
Academic Transition Courses
Upon achieving level 4 proficiency you may enroll in
two academic courses offered by our secondary schools at Bond Academy and
Bond International College
